Well, not exactly came but he was concerned. When Galavan set me up and killed my mother, he made the GCPD make me a target and Jim believed that I was being blackmailed. He believed I was innocent and asked Butch about me.

Of course then he stopped me from getting my revenge and got me sent to Arkham a month down the line but you understand that in that moment, he was worried. He had faith in me.
